1. First, you need to Remove the seat from the ATV. Find the bolts for the seat and remove them. This process will depend on your ATV model. But in many cases, there are four screws for the seat.

14. After removing extra pieces, you can shape the seat and foam. Use a cutting blade. Or use an angle Grinder and soft blade to give a little touch and make the seat’s shape.
15. Next, you can glue the batting cover over the seat. The batting cover will give excellent comfy and extra protection to the seat. Batting covers can buy from local stores. Spray contact cement on the seat foam and the batting cover. Glue both of them tightly, and make sure to remove the wrinkles.
16. Trim the extra batting cover and keep the seat shape.
17. Leave the seat for like 30 minutes to make all thing nice and tight.
18. Take a new seat cover and stapler.
19. Cover the seat and use the stapler to fit it. Make sure not to have wrinkles on the seat top. Staple it all around the seat cover to make it tight and fit.
20. Fix the seat to the ATV, and you are ready to go.
